RETURN POLICY
We aim to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition. Please read our policy carefully as it pertains to the nature of our products.
❌ RETURNS & EXCHANGES (STANDARD POLICY)
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and products are generally not returnable or exchangeable unless one of the exceptions below applies.
How to Process an Exchange (When Applicable):
If an exchange is approved, the fastest way to get the product you want is to return the original item to us. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the product you would like to swap for.
❗Please Note (STANDARD EXHANGES):
- The customer is responsible for the courier/shipping cost for the return of the original item.
- The customer is responsible for the courier/shipping cost for the new order.
✅ EXCEPTIONS TO THE POLICY
1. Incorrect Product Sent by Us (Store Error)
- If we send you the incorrect product, we will use your invoice to reconcile the mistake.
Our Responsibility
We will be responsible for all courier/shipping costs related to the return of the incorrect item and the shipment of the correct replacement item.
2. Item Damaged or Broken in Transit (Courier Fault)
We take full responsibility for ensuring your parcel is protected. If the courier accidentally breaks or damages your parcel during transit
Return
We will be responsible for the cost of the return shipment of the damaged parcel back to us.
Replacement
Once we receive the damaged parcel, we will promptly send you a new replacement.
Customer Responsibility
The customer will pay for the courier/shipping cost of the new replacement order.
DELIVERY/SHIPPING
All orders in South Africa will take 3-5 working days to be delivered outside Cape Town via courier. You’ll get a tracking number on your email with waybill.
We’re using The Courier Guy, Ram, Fastway, Internet Express, and Pargo for deliveries (they’re independent, not part of SHAUN PRODUCTS PTY LTD).
